Catalogue · MMXXVI · Volume XVIII
The Three Collections.
A considered portfolio of hand-finished architectural lighting — published not as a SKU index but as a working specification tool for architects, lighting designers, and developers who refuse to specify a fixture that has not been photometrically validated.
Collection I
Linear Profiles, drawn as one continuous line of light.
Specified across 1,800+ projects since 1998, the Linear Profiles family is a system — not a fixture. Magnetic coupling allows optical, accent, and pendant modules to dock, slide, and reconfigure along a single extruded track without tools or rewiring. The body is hand-finished in our Treviso facility; the LED engine carries a ten-year warranty.
- Body
- Hand-finished extruded aluminium, brass, or bronze · 14 profile geometries
- Patents
- 14 international design patents on magnetic linear coupling
- Recognition
- Red Dot Product Design Award 2021 — Lumen Track Magnetic
- Lead time
- 4 weeks standard · 8 weeks fully bespoke
Collection II
Recessed Systems, engineered to disappear.
Trimless, plaster-in, and architectural downlight families developed to read as absence rather than presence. Each aperture is engineered to a fixed cut-out, validated in our in-house photometric laboratory, and delivered with full IES, LDT, and Revit/BIM families for spec. Where the architecture is the object, the luminaire yields the field.
- Trimless and plaster-in downlights, 32 mm – 220 mm aperture range
- Slot and linear apertures with continuous-run wiring chambers
- Pin-hole and accent families with 3-step MacAdam LED bins
- DALI-2, Lutron, Casambi, and Crestron integration certified across the family
- 10-year warranty on LED engine · 25-year warranty on metal housing
Collection III
Sculptural Pendants, the focal point that carries the room.
Hand-spun brass, patinated bronze, and mouth-blown glass forms drawn from a workshop rather than a catalogue. Each pendant begins as a one-off commission and graduates into the standard collection only after Solzi in-house designers and a manufacturer-run feasibility study approve its production repetition. The Orbis Pendant (2023) carries the Red Dot.
